I just finished three weeks of Elite Athletic Training System's 1-Leg jumping program. Before I started, i could barely touch the bottom of the rim, and jumping off 1 leg just felt awkward. After doing the 1-leg jumping specific workouts from the program for 3 weeks, i went to test my jump today. I was surprised how much I had gained, over 2 inches. And jumping off 1 leg doesn't feel as weird now.

I also hit a huge milestone, i grabbed rim with both hands off a 1 leg jump for the first time in my life! never thought i'd do that. And this is only after 3 weeks of training.

My goal is to dunk off 1 leg before thanksgiving, ill have more videos up soon.

for anyone who is wondering, heres the link to the page of the program ive been doing. http://www.youtube.com/user/EliteAthl...

The Elite Athletic Training System is the first athletic training program made designed to make you a complete athlete. Unlike other programs available, the Elite Athletic Training System is not built up with hype and random workouts. Our program is based on tested and proven training techniques unlike anything else available. This program will make you faster, stronger, more explosive, and jump out of the gym.

For more information on the system and what you will get with it, please send an email to eliteathletics23@yahoo.com providing your YouTube username. After doing this, you will immediately receive a PDF file in your inbox with all the information on what makes the Elite Athletic Training System superior to everything else on the market.

We will have new videos available soon, including videos showing how one athlete improved using our system. He is 5'8, white, and increased his vertical by 8 inches and now has a 41 inch vertical. Stay tuned for much more!

i dno, it's nothing major or anything but it cracks me up.. saying you've been 'using their program', then, they have a video only recently uploaded with YOU all in it, no website, and asks you to email them for the program.. how that makes any sense, i'll never know.

funny shit

another jump manual advert, this makes NO sense..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdgAWzUlJ_4

he can barely touch rim, but, look at the description:

"Want to know how I improved my Vertical? http://bit.ly/fipIRy This ebook improved my
Vertical Jump by 14 inches and am now able to dunk just like Kobe Bryant Check it Out!"

hahahahaha

Well I have one power jumper at home, used it on the track quite a bit, and like 2 or 3 of my friends (Nightfly used it as well)... it's a decent piece of equipment in terms of overloading the movements a bit.

Used it with depth jumps and consecutive broad jumps, but it behaves better in vertical movements than in horizontal ones. Plus you can wrap it around your waist and do acceleration drills.

I don't know about the price, I got it for free so...

But it has it's uses, it's not that bad.

i was referring more to the ad, i love when these advertisers put in their commercials: "weightlifting never worked for me", it always starts with someone saying that..

"i tried all the different programs but nothing worked for me, UNTIL NOW..."

Well yeah... that's marketing at it's purest form.

I had a slight chuckle about this to. I use the power jumper all the time with people I train. As Raptor said, it isn't a bad piece of equipment that is pretty versatile. However, dodgy marketing is dodgy marketing.  :-*

Well in a way, and I know I'm just saying this to say it, they COULD be honest. I know it's marketing and they aren't, but if you take a guy who's totally unreactive and bad at jumping and who does lift weights all day long, and put him to do plyos with the power jumper, he COULD say "weightlifting never worked for me" and that he increased his jump with the powerjumper (and actually, with the plyos).

Would he have increased his jump doing plyos without it? Of course. But that doesn't negate the possibility.

Wow, it's nice to find a site that apparently has people that are so aware of the marketing tactics out there. We need to seriously spread the word. Especially in this economy it bothers me how many people are being scammed out of their money by shady marketers. The "non-lies" but "misleading" advertisements, fake testimonials, blah blah, the list goes on.

I know that's not what this site is ALL about, but I'm glad people are bringing this subject to light! Keep up the good work! I'm definitely going to spread the word about this site.

cool man glad you like it..  call-em-out is definitely one of the most important aspects of this site.. the more people become aware of shady tactics/scammers & the more people unite against it, the better the s&c industry (or any industry for that matter) will become. As much as this subforum attacks the scammers, the "scammed" often need to be blamed.. looking for quick fixes & miracle magic is what puts scammers into business in the first place. We have to educate on both levels.

:F

dunno, seems pretty shady.  Hes basically asking for a bunch of bmullys/psychotic trolls to run around forums and spam his product when its discussed.

saw this on another site today in reference to the spammer scam ^. made me lol.

g uyz, you will be happy to know that I have applied to be the official shill for Carb Nite TM on the SS forum.

    http://www.dangerouslyhardcore.com/2...cle-apply-now/

    Application:
    Mark Carpenter
    Male
    ********@gmail.com
    I've done it all

Mr. Kiefer, I have not tried Carb Nite TM yet but I have been doing something similar for about a month now and it's going pretty O-K. I recently heard some of your podcasts and I was like "I've got to get on these guys nuts STAT".

You are interested in people who have a lot of spare time, believe me Sir, I have time. I really can't wait to start working for free, to be part of the "inner circle", and to finally belong and feel accepted. I look forward to the semi-private meetings where I can ask you what exactly to put in my coffee, every day.

I have vast experience in consuming social media and dealing with message boards. I believe the SS board in ripe for Carb Nite TM. It's members are clueless about nutrition and are mostly obese do to being given certain dietary advice that I won't get into here. Given the chance, Sir, I will be pimp Carb Nite TM harder then a 9 year old slumdog, and they will fall all over themselves trying to get on the bandwagon.

Mr. Kiefer please send me a copy of Carb Nite TM and Carb Backloading TM so I may properly study the products in depth and be able to answer questions regarding them to the marks.

I really feel in my bones that the whole Kiefer TM/Carb Backloading TM phenom is about to explode. I would also humbly suggest raising the price of the e-book from $89.99 to $189.99, while adding in a bonus chapter about Backloading on vacation. People rarely notice such subtle changes.

Yours in the proper use of carbs,
    Mark
