by looking at that bottom (plant #3) set.. it seems that tdub uses his right leg way more than his left.. almosty to the point were is left leg is just a stabilzer...
but this is just from looking at it, there is probly alot of power created in both his legs, but his right one being the dominant leg...

i know this is an old post but i wonder if any one could get a more recent set of picture frames.. see if its changed any, cos it seems hes jumping a bit higher now. :0

Well the first leg is definitely the loaded leg ... the amount of load differentiates the good, reactive kind of people vs. the non-reactive jumpers.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps
