dammit.. i started watching this then got pulled away.. need to finish it tomorrow.

blaine is a beast.

finished it. man that was great.

the "problem" with blaine is that he is indeed a magician .. so some of these things he does, people will just assume that it can't be real. In the back of my mind I feel like i've been tricked.. but i've always believed his endurance/strength/mental stunts he's done.. maybe i'm just gullible dno, seems real.. especially his breathe holding feats.

EDIT: found another one on youtube so all is good, watching it now. Damn he is awesome lol and the damn mouth piece broke.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
