Squats - parallel
80kgx6
90kgx8

90kgx8

ISO Natural Glute HR
Several reps to failure, on the last rep I almost got a cramp so I had to stop.

abs work

Squats felt very light, last rep wasnt even hard

Last week I went to the company gym, years has passed since the last time I went there, the courts are still amazing, good rims and the floor is in perfect condition, great grip and it was almost empty. There is also a weight room with some machines, cardio stuff and a couple of benches with olympic bars but no squat rack or pins, so unless I want to do leg work using dumbbels I'll have to squat at home. Ill still go more often to shot for a while and some upper body stuff.

Wanted to check how much I could lift with 100kg, last rep was damn hard, left 1rep in the tank

On march-18 I hit 95kgx10, so that would mean no improvement in the last months  :pissed:

why don't you add weight on the squats? you've been doing 80 x 8 sets for almost two weeks now.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.
