sorry I havent updated this in a while but I had a lot of games this month so I didnnt really train at all. Now I'm sick with mono so I dont know when I'll be back to training. I think when I get back I'm going to do this

well the doctors thought I had mono, but I really had a bacterial infection. Here is my first day back. My dunks today felt terrible, but I'll be back soon.

Squat 165 lbs 8, 8, 8 didn't do a 4th because I was burnt out
Leg curl 30 lbs 8, 40 lbs 8, 8
step back reverse lunges 25lbs 8, 8, 8 go up
