going to dominate my workout tomorrow. despite deadlifts yesterday, i feel strong as hell today.

i want 185x5 on my last set for closegrip bench tomorow. going to try something new for my preworkout supplementation. i usually have a protein shake about an hour and a half before my workout, then i have my preworkout drink.

tomorrow im going to do this: 12g whey, 2 scoops c4, 1/2 serving carbo gain all together in the shaker about 30 minutes before the workout. going to see how the combination of the fast digesting whey, the nitric oxide and beta alanine from the c4, and the complex carbs works all combined. planning on it being a great workout tomorrow cant wait.

awesome workout today. felt so strong, got a couple of PRs.

ARMS (STRENGTH 1)

close-grip bEnch press: 135x5, 155x5, 160x5, 165x5, 170x5   :personal-record:

barbell curl: 55x5, 65x5, 75x5, 80x5, 85x5 (matches PR)

rope pulldowns: 100x5, 110x5, 120x5, 130x4, 130x2  :personal-record: (i should have gotten 5 reps on the first set with 130 pounds, but i did way to long of a pause at the top of the fourth rep.

dumbbell concentration curls: 25x5, 30x5, 30x5, 30x5, 30x5  :personal-record: could have done more, but made these very slow, controlled reps

did 3 giant sets of calves for each leg (a super-set with an additional exercise after the first two) calves were burning like crazy. but focusing on them heavily now.

Next week is my Pump Week 1. a little more volume. looking forward to it.

changing up my exercises a bit starting tomorrow. tomorrow will be -

db press (flat bench) - 5x5 (hoping for at least 80lbs. on one set)
seated pec fly 5x5
flat bench press 5x3

also going to do legs tomorrow, as usual going to change it up. thinking this -

leg press: 5x5
leg extensions: 2x20
standing calf raises: 3x15
seated calf raises: 3x15

not going to throw in any direct hamstring work because on wednesday i'm looking to hit 315lbs. for 5 reps on the deadlift. can't wait
