hahaha...you can see why some people say he is crazy, but I think it's stuff like this which makes him such cool unique individual...and he is damn strong and athletic.

But, still not sure if he is just trolling really hard with everything he does, because some of it is for sure trolling..

Team training

Bench 10x135, 10x155.
Pullups, tricep stuff, shoulder press...

All really non-chalant and not competitive. I must stick to a plan and progress with weights or reps every workout.

Going to actually start progressing in the gym with my lifts and explosiveness rather than just throw weight around without a plan...Goal is to do this program for 8 weeks, a total of 24 training sessions, and then reevaluate. Considering I am still a novice, I believe that adding 5-10 pounds to my squat and deadlift a week is plausible.

Session A

Knees to chest tuck jump 4 x 8
Pogo Jumps 4x10
1/4 Jump squat with barbell 3 x 5 with 45 lbs (reset after each rep)
Squat 3 x 5
Deadlift 1 x 5/Powerclean 3x5 (alternating)
Incline Bench press 3 x 5
Pullup or chinup 3 x as many reps as possible (add load when you get an average of 10 per set)
Calf Raise 3x20

Session B:

Lateral barrier jump 4 x 8
Pogo Jumps 4x10
1/4 Jump squat with barbell 3 x 5 with 45 lbs
Bulgarian split squat 3 x 6-8
Military press 3 x 5
Pullup or chinup 3 x as many reps as possible (add load when you get an average of 10 per set)
Calf Raise 3 x 20

Schedule
Monday: Session A + Core
Tuesday: Core
Wednesday: Session B + Core
Thursday: Core
Friday: Session A + Core
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Pogo Jumps - 2 x 10, 30 seconds rest
Tuck Jumps - 2 x 10, 30 seconds rest
Dunk attempts lowered rim x 15 total jumps

x3 this circuit:
1 Leg Glute Bridge x 12 each leg, no rest
Front Plank x 1 minute
Psoas Hold x 10 seconds each leg
Side Plank x 1 minute per side

Jump Rope  5 minutes freestyle

weird.. i had to 'modify' this post to get it to show.. some character you put in there after "Jump rope" caused the message to remain hidden.. maybe this is some security crap with the new forum.. odd !

hehe

Yeah, I should have gotten warmed up...
The reason I didn't is because I was lifting with my team, and their is a set period of time we have to get everything in, so must of the time we only have time to do 2 sets or so...
I definitely think you are right about needing to warmup to hit that max, and do it safely.

Week 1 Day 1 (Starting Strength)
Squat:
225x3x5 - Extremely slow and not explosive, could be attributed to only 4 hours of sleep last night.
135x20 Felt really good after this
Overhead Press:
85x3x5 Felt pretty explosive and kept my core tight.
