I typically don't record myself on basketball courts because I'm never really on them lol.
I fixed the second link for the 7'6 single leg standing broad. I also got a 10'2 bilateral standing broad jump a few days ago in testing. I shall record myself doing a bilateral broad tonight or tomorrow. For the basketball court SVJ recording, should I buy a tripod for my phone or something? How do you guys normally do it?
Also, last I checked, I ran a 4.55-4.60 40 yard dash according to my Freelap timing system. No one else who tested with me was able to get sub 5.0.
And the reason I improved so much is that my ankle fully healed and that I went from 22% on a DEXA scan to possibly ~13% now (4 months later).
