Probably fits better in the lol thread but whatever:

Quote
No One Hates Ted Cruz More Than His Old College Roommate, Hollywood Screenwriter Craig Mazin

You might recognize Craig Mazin from his screenplays. He was the writer of the Hangover sequels and the Melissa McCarthy movie Identity Thief. He's also quickly becoming known as Ted Cruz's freshman roommate from college. Mazin isn't the only person who hates Ted Cruz, there's an entire internet meme accusing Cruz of being the Zodiac killer. But one thing is certain, Craig Mazin hates him the most.

How come the delegate numbers are Kan. 37 del. La. 59 Neb. 30, and Bernie won 2 states (Kan and Neb) so he should have 67 delegates, and Clinton should have 59 delegates, yet Clinton has 55 and Bernie 49?

dno, havn't looked into it.. could be related to super delegates though. Hillary is destroying Bernie in super delegates.. and the media loves to report that as "delegates".

The term "super delegates" sounds like yet another breach and corruption of democracy.

it was interesting to see the powers they have, even though the state has voted one way, the superdelegates like vip people such as senates, former presidents can pledge votes to other member like they have their own powers.

Thats exactly what it is... a way for the party to decide over the voters in the case of a close race...

http://truthinmedia.com/dnc-chair-superdelegates-protect-party-leaders-from-grassroots-competition/

Although... really how great is democracy?  For all the false talk about how trump is historically racist... he isnt.  But he is historical.  He is truly the result of democracy ugly or not.  Never has someone been nominated without endorsement from the political establishment, so while I cant stand him a lilttle part of me wants him to win (just the nomination) because it would be cool to see the people decide something

Trump has all the power that he has BECAUSE he's not a "fake politician robot" that people are tired of. That's it. Plus he says crazy shit that republicans like (because they agree with the said crazy shit).

Until you get the money out of politics, this will continue to be the case.

In fact, if Trump ends up with Hilary to fight for the presidency, he can easily say "weren't you begging me for money for your campaign a while ago?". And bam, she's out! Because Hilary is the definition of the fake politician that represents the establishment, and people, both on the democratic and republican side, are tired of that. He CAN'T do the same with Bernie Sanders. In fact, Bernie would pretty much destroy Trump. In other words, if you want to be sure Trump doesn't win, you better wish Bernie wins his fight with Hilary.

Ehhh... i dont disagree entirely that Hilary is a far more of an establishment politician than sanders or trump but id be willing to place my bet on hilary vs trump in the general.  Ive been wrong before but i think the people dont only vote against the established political system but also along issues and in the general election those will win for hilary.  Id bet 10:1 odds for hilary.  If im wrong remind me.

HRC is a 1/2 favorite to most online bookmakers. huge favorite. trump is around 4/1, cruz 20/1, sanders 22/1. http://www.oddschecker.com/politics/us-politics/us-presidential-election-2016/winner

she would wipe the floor with any republican challenger. the shame is that i think sanders would win head-to-head against any of the GOP candidates, too.

also, i don't get the clinton meme. there are no other women in the race to choose from. so, the implication is that choosing hillary is choosing against what, all other women?
