USA's "lockdown" is no where near as efficient or enforced as some other countries. China the totalitarian country for instance even made a lady strip to her underwear and stand in middle of neighborhood so everyone could laugh at her from their windows, because she was breaking some lockdown rules there.

Other countries lock downs though less extreme to chinas lockdown were also enforced more. In the USA theres been many house parties happening during lockdown period with post to social media live and no repercussions at all, cause the law is so limited in the USA and thats partly due to system flaws AND the semi disgenuine activists against police brutality, that have some slight alterior motives, like for example, if i was a criminal or gangster i would obviously want the least amount of authority given to the police. So i'd be in the same camp as the genuine people that actually care about human rights and try to blend in.

This is the same in UK as well as in some country. People are given freedom for speech, livelihood but when that right is limited don't expect them to listen.

The hard thing is changing people's mindset.

UK planning to ease Lockdown,  600+ deaths last 24hours and second highest death in the world I think.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

elon musk moving CA manufacturing plant over covid19 restrictions.

daaamn!

Frankly, this is the final straw. Tesla will now move its HQ and future programs to Texas/Nevada immediately. If we even retain Fremont manufacturing activity at all, it will be dependen on how Tesla is treated in the future. Tesla is the last carmaker left in CA.

PM made announcement to start easing the lockdown as the number of death daily figures is falling and that he has prepared a 3 phase plan, but admits there probably will not be a vaccine for corona and therefore expect a new norm after the lockdown has ended.

Man this corona virus has f*ed a lot of things up and has had a major impact mentally how we look at the world now and our surrounding.

Schools will start to reopen around June starting from primary and going upwards. So students doing exams will be given a predicted grade of their performance in class, you can imagine those kids that don't take class seriously who feel I will ace the exam but will be given a poor grade because of their performance in class.
