I think ISIS is more of a mindset and "philosophy" (if you can call it that) than a certain group.

Start bombing the region, more people will lose their loved ones, more people will have a reason for revenge with nothing to lose. It has to be done smart. Let's say a group of terrorists from Texas bombed Washington. You wouldn't start bombing Texas because the terrorists were from Texas, wouldn't you? You would work on identifying who did it and bring them to justice.

I know, it's easy to say all these. But if we really are civilized, a plan for getting this done is what the civilized world should do. Have an information about your target's whereabouts? Great, take that target out. But don't start bombing mindlessly.

Hearing that a lot of those terrorists were former gangsters and criminals just gives me the impression that it's mostly bad people with bad intentions unifying for a greater cause and purpose to justify killing/ etc... It's just super sad that it raises so much fear and hatred toward innocent people/ certain groups

Yeah, I mean if you're a regular guy that happens to be muslim, you should be the most offended by their actions than anybody.
