UK Heat wave to turn up a notch for the coming weeks most probably up to mid or end of august.

Looking at the chart of the temperatures around UK is crazy they say that it could be hottest temperature in 350 years.

The area where I live it is expected to get hotter up to even 35 degrees.

https://www.express.co.uk/news/weather/993148/UK-weather-forecast-hot-weather-heatwave-Met-Office-latest-heat-maps-charts-hottest-summer
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

Funny watching the "roasting theresa may" parliamentary session, which is happening live because of brexit and you get these people jeering and the speaker calling out the names of the people allowed to question and possibly roast her lol.

brexit vote not going according to plan and the people in theresa's own goverment don't have confidence and they want her to resign lol. but she is fighting all questions as she should but whether the answers are satisfactory is another question.

her job is on the line if she can't gain there confidence.

also it's funny when I found out the betting odds of the replacement lol.

Hot on the Old Etonian’s heels is former Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab, who quit the Government in July, with Skybet, William Hill, Betfair and Paddypower putting the potential contender at 6/1.

IMO she should step down, she failed the country and failed to get a brexit deal.

Theresa may survives confidence vote of 200 to 117. Back to the negotiation table, where she completely is basically screwing the UK over favoring the EU just for the fact of getting brexit done.

But her reputation has still been damaged because of the bad brexit deal and the government being in contempt of hiding fine details of the brexit detail.

so yeh the brexit deal is not working.

But there's also another possibility that any electronic system whether robots or machinery can be wiped out through emp and then we will be back to the stone ages  :P

Britain has finally made their exit from the European union and will take effect on the end of 2020.

Let's see how this will work out.
