Mad, dude.  Have you been able to hit your head on the rim yet?  You look pretty close on some of those (esp. the miss at :40 in the top vid).

My goodness that guy rips himself off the floor.  Any other vids of him?

On a side note, the white guy in the green doing the elbow hang (Emmerich Grimm) is a former roommate of mine and was one of my best friends back in college.  He was also in the finals of that Shaq Dunkman contest a couple years ago.  Probably the most ridiculous natural athlete I've ever known (also a really smart dude, but never really trained aside from playing ball).

Futbol (soccer) / Re: Fastest goalie in the world?

Well the offensive guys are handling the ball and the defensive guys are half turned around watching the ball.  The goalie's just  sprinting all out to get back to the goal so he's moving quite a bit faster.

My recommendation for squat maintenance while dieting would be to keep the set 'difficulty' high, but do fewer sets (i.e. 2x5 @ 82+% or 2-3x3 @ 87+%).  I've tried the whole 3x3 @ 80% (pretty easy) and the like, but I found my body would just adapt (detrain) to that weaker stimulus until 3x3 at that weight was difficult.  Even though 80% is technically pretty high intensity, the stimulus from those kinds of far sub-maximal sets just isn't enough for your body to hang on to the muscle it needed to handle the difficult sets you were doing during your strength building phase.

Caracals are majorly explosive:

2nd half of this one has a ridiculous jump where it picks a bird out of the air:

Anyone seen his vids before?  I saw these a while ago, but never saw him mentioned here or back on TVS, yet he seems pretty legit - windmills and BTL (ambidextrously I might add) at 5'10".  Claims 46" which looks about right from his "head touch" jump later in the vid.  Also has some movement efficiency demonstration vids that are good too - tuck jumps and line hops.
