look up under the symptom subsection. as for me, i tested positive for all of the symptoms listed. i only experience pain at the outer side and back of the knee, never the inner. :(

i never tried AA before but when i was young i used to jump and do plyos with my left leg without proper base strength.  :uhhhfacepalm:

Hey all. Cool site.

I'm from Malaysia and I'm senior on my university basketball team. Im also former track sprinter back in freshmen and sophomore year. Most of my family lives in US, scattered all over Massachusetts and Texas but i myself never been to there before. LOL
I'm currently doing Dr Squat (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drsquat18.htm) exercise to increase my vertical jump from 28' to 45'.

Next week is my third week of the program and my vert has increased about 3" prior starting this program. I was wondering if experts in this site (ardaqui, raptor and everyone else) could give me some insight to improve my vert. First question I would like to ask you all is the relevancy of my current program (Dr Squat). Should I do other program or add anything to it?

Hope to learn a lot from u guys/girls.

Thanks  ;D
