c'mon darqo, hoverin around 150 for time, im waitin to see how excited u get wen u hit the target xD
the heavier my squats get, the more weight i gain, is there anythin i can do to keep it steady, i wana keep below 170, but at the rate im goin il b 90kg wen im squattin 150kg  :-\ 4eva chasin x2bw

and another one.... if im right ur a long legger like me, do u ever squat below parrallel? nd if u do, hav u ever felt slight discomfort in the front of ur hips wen doin it??

yaa man, i gota lace up tight for bboy sessions, i kno the feelin on top of ya foot after bouncing around  tight up.
find ur peroneus tertius and giv that sum massage, relieved a lot of discomfort for me. might help u if u experiencin the same thing xD

how heavy is the vest? can u custom the weight??

Lb got ur answer, barefoot runnin is the way. Fat pad trainers make u strike the ground harder as u try to feel the ground through your sole. I also recommend smashin ur soleus wiv ur opposite knee. You'v had lower leg soreness for awhile, soleus is a big cause for lower back aches 2oo.

Sorry if u kno this, but u gota crush them trigger points multiple times evryday xD
