you should just do what i'm about to do raptor and squat monday wednesday friday 6-8 sets of 4  or more reps and do upper body tuesday and thursday over head press and rows one day and bench and pull ups the other hahaha...i'm about to do a month long ridiculous cutting phase plus this workout and i'm hoping to see the coveted results of added strength a little hypertrophy and weight loss!

if i had any hurdles at my gym i'd do it for you brother!...but now i wonder how high i could single leg depth jump over a hurdle like that!?!?!?

Well yeah that shifts things a bit more towards the muscle side of jumping and away from the tendon side of jumping BUT STILL - to be able to stabilize, jump, land, stabilize, jump etc is amazing.

is it weird that i think i would have no problem doing what this guy did in this video?

first off...whoever said that if you take steroids you only have to play your sport and not lift weights has no idea what they're talking about

second there are different types of drugs that have different out comes...so had size and weight almost regardless of how much more weight you put on the bar...and others are close to the opposite and add much more strength than size...most dudes in the gym are interested in looking big and not actually being strong...vanity guys vanity is what it is

i too love my power jumper...just thought i'd mention that...i'll tell you the only draw back i've really seen with it is when doing running double leg vertical jumps the band always gets in front of my knees and kind of changes up my jump a little...anyone else notice this?
