I hope you mean a real, living animal and not a "niggar 'coon".

Well the most scary ones are the repetitive ones.

The most times I've had a dream was related to the subway where two trains collide or something bad happens. I dreamed this more than 10 times.

Another often happening nightmare is the one where I walk on the street and a huge storm comes and gets me off the ground through the air. I've also have this one for several times.

I also had, for a few times, the one where I drive a car... weird.

I had a dream last night that I went to a party with Nightfly and some other people in a car, and the party was being held in an abandoned industrial zone. Everything broken down etc.

So we entered the "building" and we were given, each one of us, one wooden baby dummy. The guy who gave it to us told us that we need it later when we're going to break beer bottles with it (?).

And then as the party went on I started to feel strange, a lot of weird punkers and people with drugs were there, so I wanted to leave. Moving on through the building I entered a room, a gigantic room that looked like a supermarket, and there were just TURTLES with names attached to them on the neck, and also leashes around the neck. Those were former people that used to party in that building and they were transformed into turtles.

So once I entered the room all the turtles started moving and falling off the shelves and coming towards me. The end.

Well he's a foot fetishist so he dresses all white to be able to admire himself in the mirror. It's perfectly normal, I tell you.

Check these plants out, at the same moment of the jumping push-off, check how the knee goes out for great jumpers vs. me:

Oynur (the guy who did the between the legs off two feet in the Sport Arena contest):

Dan Rogojan (a guy who did a between the legs off one foot and is a great (was a great) one leg jumper (~48 inches off one leg)):

Futbol (soccer) / Re: World Cup

I haven't watched football (or soccer as you call it) in such a long time... but this was a very good game to watch.

Well they invite the "best" dunkers that are around, Romanian in origin. Then they invite special guests like world renown dunkers (Guy, Golden Child, Ziani etc). So since Nightfly is a good dunker he got in. We meet with the organizers of the competition ... I wrote some articles for them for free... just to promote the event... and so on.

And yeah Golden Child is crazy. But they all look "genetic"... (although it's hard to put a finger on what they have as superior to us) - they're all smooth and efficient, and not necessarily strong (at least in the traditional way).

You bet it would. It's nothing you can really control though, but it's not very common as well.

I think the problem is that people take great quads for granted.

7286
I think he made them with a marker :D

He appreciates you (adarqui) and foreign people more than he does anybody in Romania because you actually help people, while here people hate on people and are just plain retarded.

So I guess that was the thing, I bet nobody had any idea what that writing meant anyway, but you couldn't expect anything else from them.

Thing is - everybody here either has the VJ or they don't. Nobody trains for it, and people that do train usually train with me.

What's a TKE?

Anyway, I'm guessing you need to bend quite a bit at the hips to do the backpedal sprints, right? Because you can do them standing upright and reaching back with the foot while keeping the leg almost straight...

That's has been my problem all my jumping life: I can't amortizate in the quads. I might have faulty mechanics and overload the quads too much in the plant, but they ARE the limiting factor because they limit my ability to use momentum. You don't really need to be able to put out THAT much force voluntarily if you can use the accumulated kinetic force during the run-up in your plant.

But in order to do that you need to be able to stop the forward momentum and make it convert into upward thrust. To do that you need the best brakes in the world. The brakes are the quads because they prevent the knee collapse. So basically you need great quad eccentric strength to decelerate.

That's why I'm trying to forcefully decelerate after sprints... to learn to manage the high quad eccentric load... kind of like in a depth jump. I remember Adam Linkenauger recommending against a quick deceleration after a sprint as it might be injurious... but I kind of use that as an exercise in itself.

Yeah if you look at Vince in his prime, he was going fast and bending a lot... he compressed so much "into" the ground to take in a lot of force and put out even more.

Is it just me or all these guys put in A LOT of quad in their jumps? Looks like a lot of knee stress as well.
