i forgot to link this one, i think it's the highest of the head height jumps

Yo at first glance it looked like you were springing up off the table in this pic. Is the bottom of the orange rectangle attached to the rim at the same height as in your previous vid? Awesome height tho, especially considering the shitload of fatigue you've accumulated!

adarq's comments about her low release were spot on...damn seems like she's a lot more dedicated to training than Alex...would be interesting to have her on the forum and be morphed into an anti-scammer...the title is presumptious though

Her bball training partner seems pretty cool...and has decent hops

But damn...it's a shame that a dedicated athlete like her has a bro who's a scammer...

Moreover, if you look at the way the dude credits the artists for developing the music at the end of the vid...it's 180 degrees from the way Alex Maroko takes credit for other ppl's work (his "ground-breaking" programs exploit principles pretty much everyone who reads any vert/speed shit knows about)

Is it me, or does this rim totally NOT look 10'5'' as claimed in the vid? His vert really doesn't look that impressive. Hopefully, he's actually from Ghana and all the other stuff in the video is true...

Yesterday I finally recorded four pieces that I'd been meaning to record for a while; 2 Chopin works and 2 Rachmaninoff works...here goes:

Chopin Nocturne no.13, op.48 no.1
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d73bTpOol10" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d73bTpOol10</a>

Chopin Ballade no.3, op.47
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l9-tNz9bcs" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l9-tNz9bcs</a>

Rachmaninoff Prelude op.23 no.4
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRdSZ2zcY1I" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRdSZ2zcY1I</a>

Rachmaninoff Elegie op.3 no.1
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Zdb5KBxzPk" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Zdb5KBxzPk</a>
I recorded the last piece a couple years ago, but I think this recording is a bit better; the difference is that earlier I was more hesitant to drive through the mixed rhythm phrases.

hope so, all we can do is work our hardest Cheesy

peace man

mannn I'm waiting for the day when we'll be able to put in a pre-determined amount of effort and be certain that we'll get to whatever goal we have in the pre-set amount of time...

i don't think that'll EVER happen hehe. too many external factors, too much internal variability.

pc

lol you're prob right, but the thought of living in a constant state of uncertainty is super depressing to me.
