Now i havent been following this program exactly, ive been taking its principles and pretty much following it, somedays ill do his exact workout, just depends on my energy levels and how packed the gym is

anyway- he has you do front squats- my front squats didnt go anywhere idk i hated the exercise to begin with
            - he does have a warm up 2 week phase to get you ready for the regular program which i found harder than the actual program
            - It has a mix of explosive, and bodybuilding workouts
            - the diets are a joke though, i dont trust a diet plan that has you fast for a day or so
            - If you just do the explosive shit in its own phases then I highly recommend this program

4/5 starts for me

while doing this and take the principles, it made me go from not even getting close to dunking to dunking and increased my 2ft vert probably a good 4 inches or more.

but if you throw in the creator- it brings it down to 2.5/5 stars...Elliot hulse is just a dickhead, he promotes stupid shit and doesnt answer some people cuz he said they are dicks or something, plus he believes there is a type 3 muscle fiber and his quote was "just because you havent seen it yet doesnt mean its not there"  I am pretty sure we would have found out if there was more than type 1 and 2 by now

but program alone is good

what are the splits and frequency?

list the lifts and lifting scheme you follow?

i'm guessing it alternates between a 3-4x8-12 bodybuilding type to a 3-4x3-6 explosive lift type

thatb ecome a freak bullshit sucks

the powerbuilding aspect is like 3x8s and 3x10s
it has circuits also which are pretty hard
upper body specialization days
and the explosive part is i think just in the beginning of the 2 week but these workouts get you into shape

but for the oly lifts is usually a heavy 3x3 and then the other things are 3x10

but the program is layed out perfectly and has links in it to show you the exercise if your not sure what it is

Woah, I have LHB reloaded too. Did you pack on any muscle? The crazy part is that you increased your vertical doing this. Elliot Hulse is legit man, he knows his stuff well if you seen his youtube videos...however, I also agree on the 1 fasting day/week, can't go without food for a day!
Our goal is to dunk, jump higher, more power and speed, become more explosive, a better overall athlete, sound nutrition and self discipline. Get bigger, stronger and ripped. The hard work, sacrifice, consistency, dedication, focus and passion is all in the videos. That's all about us. We never EVER give up. When we fail, we get up and put this shit together. That's what makes us stronger. We never quit. We set PR's. We must reach our dream, this is a journey, ain't gonna be pussies and quit halfway, we man up and get the f up. That's what success is all about.

IDK, I would think the fasting is well placed.  Most of the guys purchasing Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded probably won't be used to intermittent fasting or fasting.  If you have experience doing intermittent fasting going an entire day without food until 6pm doesn't sound too bad, especially if it's an off day(I believe it is in LHMR).  I've had good results from training coming in with barely any food, or no food, but some people really need food at least a couple hours before because they can't handle it.

That said, I don't think Elliott's a dick, he's just very weird, and his videos get very popular, so he draws a lot of attention.  He knows a decent amount of stuff.  He is friends with Alex Maroko and Taylor Allan though, so that kind of lowers the trust factor.

Thanks for posting a review Eric.
