Yo I'll definitely be cheering for you when you expose his punk-ass. I've gotten screwed over by cops here in Prince George's County Maryland (has a terrible record in closing murder cases and has a reputation for harassing innocent citizens), so I can definitely relate. Give a fat donut-buncher a badge and some "colleagues" and his ass will get Napoleon-ified. I'm sure you'll use that anger to fuel your training and not throw and break shit like I used to do lol.

your the guy who is trying to dunk two handed..haha

come on man, i had a unlegit dunk contest in mind

you always say that you miss dunks only due to you trying to get as high as possible on every jump, well all you do is have to land an easy dunk or two at first

go to that park of yours and pick up a wanna be baller, school his ass

erm.. if people had landed dunks while i was out there filming, i would have put them in the video.. no one hit any dunks, one guy got sprited bad but he was obviously joking knew he couldn't dunk or i would have included it.

how am i going to win a 'dunk contest' doing 1 hander and 2 hander off lob? lol

peace

no one in your entire park can dunk? i thought you were in florida, where speed and vertical are everywhere. Here in Indiana, where slow white kids rule the land, have atleast 2 dunkers every crowded park i go. (three if you add me hehe)

the only video of people dunking at that park is that 6'4 white kid in that video with the 360 layup.. none of those guys dunked, in game, or after the games, they tried but failed, if someone had landed a dunk it would be in the video.

here's an example, at la fitness, a court i've landed a bunch of dunks at, i was injured but making a video with eddie, then this kid "JP" who worked there came out and started throwing down, i made him his own mix..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jR4XxcQ2x70

it's saying error right now i can't view it, but that's some random kid i put out a mix for..

here's one from way back, some kid dunked, i put it in vide, check 27s, "some kid": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t23f2Y8valI

^^ going back to private in like 15minutes

here's me dunking with eddie on the same court in my last video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vG2uo2nj3E0

bottom line, if someone dunks at these courts i'm out dunking at, it's going in the video..

Nice. You're maintaining that weight well now. This was your goal weight wasn't it?

ya, it was one of my small goals.. main goal #1 was 150.. then longer down the road, 145.. all while not losing any lean mass.. i think i can get to 145-147 at least, without losing any lean mass.. i want to be as light as possible, so i'm going to have to keep the diet super clean & keep getting in these walking+interval sprint sessions, it's helping bigtime.
