Yeah, I just ordered one. I have had a trimmed beard since day 1, same color as yours.

Makes me better looking than being clean shaven.  :P

going to practice SLRVJ hard.. landed a nice SLRVJ dunk today AFTER my double leg jumps were toast/fatigued, single leg felt good.. need to train it fresh so i can really make some good gains on it.. going to warmup with my layups like i do, then transition into double leg dribble dunks, then go into double leg lobs, max height double leg lobs, then go into SLRVJ fresh..

bet i can start landing some very hard dunks real quick off single leg.. lots of potential.

no slrvj tho, during layups i felt like i had stressed my leg a bit too much yesterday for max effort slrvj.. maybe tomorrow.

Great pictures man.

You see those boys watching you?, can they dunk good too?.

Also, I never see you out with any friends, dunkin'?.

Are you like me that keeps himself to himself, a bit of a recluse, or do you have plenty of friends?.

one dude at that park has nice hops, never got him on vid, seems "shy" about getting on cam.. he had a nice in game dunk on the other hoop so i didn't get it on film.. no one else was dunking though.

well i used to dunk with eddie occasionally but he's ~35 minutes away and bogged down with school + work so we don't dunk/train much together anymore.

i have "people i know" irl, cept for a few people who are legit friends.. if i knew people who were dedicated to training, we'd train, but i don't.. i don't know anyone around here who is into dunking/training for performance improvement like me, so i can't contact anybody to meet up and dunk with etc.. i've given this site & my email to probably 100+ people at this point, and i've yet to get one email or someone contact me on the site, who i've met irl..

people aren't serious.. most people i give the site to give me this lame story about wanting to "play college ball" or "make nba" or "dunk" etc.. bunch of phonies unfortunately... i'll see them months later, or say once a month, and they are still weak & have made no improvements.. i can't deal with people like that irl, they ruin my training/mentality.. i need to be around people who are 100%, no bullshit.. i can be friends with whoever, but when it comes to training/dunking, can't deal with people who aren't driven/focused.

^^ Same with me. I have nobody to train with, except for one guy but he lives 30min away and is a weightlifter, not a jumper.

My cousin: 5'11, can barely get rim. Weighs like 165lbs. I KEEP TELLING HIM to squat, but nope, he wants to listen to his trainer and do "shoulder circuits that burn like hell" and bench press 5 inches off his chest.

My other cousin: he's fucking 6'2 @ 14 years old, and goes to a Division AA high school (highest basketball division in new york city). He's a freshman. I got him into squatting and he grabbed rim within a month. However, he's like 40min away from me and he can't go to the gym 3x a week because he needs to be driven there since its far. I want him to get on that basketball team, because if he can average 15ppg there he's going D-1 in college. But he just doesn't have the motivation to do this stuff... he has huge potential though.

My friend: He's fucking 6'5 shooting guard @ 16 years old, star player of his basketball team with a beast jumpshot (like flawless). Dunks 2 handed easily. Plenty of D-1 looks. But he's just a skinny shaggy haired white boy. I FINALLY got him into squatting, but he only does 1 set of 20 and once a week, about a foot above parallel. The other day he told me wall sits with help just as much, if not more, than heavy squats.

 :uhhhfacepalm:

If only I had a clone of myself.

ya sucks, that's why in reality, the people i actually train with, are the people on this site.. i just basically convince myself that this site is my gym and my "crew" hehe.. it helps.. lots of dedicated people on here, we all push each other.

i can't find anyone IRL with the kind of motivation/drive/focus people have on here...

some stills from tonight's dunk session, got up great: http://www.adarq.org/forum/progress-journals-experimental-routines/adarq%27s-journal/msg47864/#msg47864

putting together the footage over the last 4-5 dunk sessions for adarqtv channel... vid is going to be like 6+ minutes i bet, lots of footage.. a good amount of nice footage, then all of the 'normal makes/nice misses', and some other clips from the north lauderdale court, funny convos going on at the camera.. still not done, need to finish tomorrow & upload.
