Why will reaching 145 lbs allow you to eat massive amounts without gaining weight?
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

i just put on fat too easy at my current body fat %, if i was ridiculously low, it's actually alot harder for me to put on fat.

made another park video today.. will upload as im sleeping.

edit: i made myself an amazing egg sandwhich on pumpernickle with asiago cheese today... epic !@$!$!@

9/23/2010

bw = 156
soreness = mid/upper traps, abs
aches/injuries = right ankle a little

workout:
- 7 mile walk with MR tucks mixed in
- to my recollection: MR tucks x 10, 15, 15, 25, 25, 10, 10, 40, 40, 30, 10, 10
- should be pretty accurate..

- C1: pin 11 squat: 45 @ 3 x 5, 135 x 1, 185 x 1, 225 x 1, 245 x 1, 275 x 4 singles, 295 x 1, 315 x 1 (315 @ 152 = 2.07xBW)
- C1: pogos: 11 sets x 3
- bw at time of squat = 152, so thats > 2xBW off pin 11, strongest ive ever been for sure off pin 11.. pin 11 is a little bit above half squat for me

- pullup hang: lats more flexible than yesterday, nearly 1minute hang completely stretched

- glute bridges: 50, 40, 40

done :d

so, that's my little ramp for saturday.. tomorrow i should feel beat up a bit but saturday i should be flying.. today i felt pretty good considering yesterday, so, hopefully sat i am primed and ready to go, throw down some massive dunks :d

peace

What pin do you set the bar on when you squat?

when i squat normal? safety pins are like pin 8 or so.. last night, off pins, pin 11.

here's an idea of the depth of pin 11, this video is pin 12, so a little lower than this, and my reps were alot stronger, controlled down, pause 5sec, and lift up pretty strong:

No I meant like where do you start with the bar, i.e. how far down are you going from standing straight up. 16? 17?

EDIT: Never mind, video clears it up.

bleh outter left heel is swolen/has some calleous tissue forming... i need to start double socking, with thicker socks.. i use really thin socks.. not smart.. i'll probably go back to small cushiony ankle sock plus my thick white high socks, that feels really cozy.

9/25/2010

bw = 153
soreness = none
aches/inuries = left achilles/heel a little bit

workout: dunk session
- got up great initially but my damn left heel (outer) and right bottom of foot freak out.. right bottom of foot the worse.. had to relax for 5 min then it actually disappeared for the rest of the session, so did heel, but i did like 5-6 jumps with it hurting and kind of burnt out slightly worrying about it..
- anyway, hit a bunch of dunks, made a mix, uploading now, .. almost got self alley off glass (in vid), so close on damn dribble up dunks but they keep flying out still bleh.. i tried mostly tricks after i landed a few regular one hand lobs, even tried reverses/180's/lefty dunks off lob.

fre$h video hotpocketz:

here's my best jump.. oh nevermind, that was eddie.. FLYING..

a make of mine:

a lefty make from eddie:

my two hand make:

some misses:

anyway hope yall enjoy, no more max dunking until 2 weeks, when i'll dunk with the eddinator again.

peace

Awesome session for both of you!
Also seems dribble up & tricks coming real soon...
#$@$@!$@#$!!!!
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

#$@$@!$@#$!!!!

thanks man!

ya i missed some good dribble ups :< the damn things just won't go in.. it's pathetic. hehe

self alley off glass is getting closer.. i tried lobs from the other side, hit one but it was lame.. tried self lob 180, need to practice my spin more, doesn't work without practice.. lefty dunks were crappy.. two hand off dribble i did when i was too fatigued..

i'd love to get:
- dribble up 1/2 handers, i dont know why they aren't going in.. hehe i just slam the ball too hard, and i can't grip it for shit anymore
- lob reverse
- lob 180
- lob from behind backboard TWO hander
- lob lefty's
- off backboard 1/2 hander

the plan for the next two weeks is to try and heal my feet more while improving my pin squat hardcore, while also getting my weight down more.. then hopefully i can redeem myself in the next dunk session with eddie, and adam will be there too most likely (from TVS).

peace!@$!
