On a serious note, deep squatting 195 for 4x5 after sitting on your butt for i don't know how many months is impressive.
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

cool thanks! ya i feel pretty strong actually.. im going to take lifting very slow and make sure i don't do anything stupid.. i'll probably stay with 80's on db bench and 195 for deep squat for all of october.. then try to go to 90's/225 in November.

i feel fat lately lul.. but i dont see myself caring about it. as long as i can get my strength back and put on some muscle ill be happy for now.

yooyoyo! i made some good progress with that but i'm a little side tracked lately... sucks!@$

ya im doing crazy low volume + high frequency (once a day).. already getting 'strong again'.. considering how much i sleep normally, i'm doing decent. hah

Why don't you match reps? Like do left first and then easily match with right, or do right first and then rest-pause left to equal however you can?

left is always going to lag behind, for me... both seem to go up at the same rate in most lifts, except for overhead press, that's where my left really lags.

i didn't really bench much at 147 so.. i remember doing 60's at some point.
