ysl 5kg x 10

really tired legs sore need a rest week i think but i have like 6 weeks to the race the 2 before will be easy so i really need to cram some volume in the next few weeks

worked upto a peak week of 108km with back to back 20 mile runs

then caught covid in taper. im out of isolation 2 days before the race (7 days) but logistically can't really make it and dont think its sensible health wise either. Damn it!
