about it, low strength today, but was expected from no carbs. Stimulants seems to work better in a no carb enviorment tho. good to kno. squats and rdl's tomarrow smovlo day 2 excited and piss myself same time thinking about it lol jk.

strength endurance will usually suck on low carb, but maximal strength is usually not effected at all, from my experience.. so something you can rep for 8 on high carb, you might rep for only 4-5 on low carb, but 1RM should be about the same.

and ya, stimulants (caffeine) in low carb environment can really lead to some serious max strength for that day.

friday: was holding a good amount of water under my skin, yesterday with low carbs I had a pot or two of coffee and that drained my fluids out so today my body was holding as much as it could and I had lots of carbs in the morning with milk (first time in months) eggs, chicken, soup, yogurt, ceareal, and some shake.
