First off, I'm impressed this thread is supported on this forum. Great job adarq, I feel we should involve more resources onto proper faggot education.

I like to take it up my ass.

Is that wrong?

No, it is not. It has several good second-effects:

1) It teaches you to flex the glutes and that will help you in the squatmorning.
2) Some "pussies" have this reflex of really closing their assholes while practicing faggottry, so it teaches them to really close that anus up and generate a ton of intraabdominal pressure. Again, good practice for stabilizing the spine during squatmornings.
3) It feels great, similar to prostate milking.

Hm.. I've yet to post on this forum but I decided to weigh in.

For me, gay sex is quite physical. I too focus on firing my glutes while maintaining a neutral spine. One position I really enjoy, is the iso-lunge-hold while pulling your partner into position. The key here is to remain relaxed and flaccid while your partner remains erect. This is similar to the push/pull mechanism of cross flexor-extensor extreme isometrics.

Coach Mark; Have you ever tried flaccid partner isos? If so, for how long were you able to remain flaccid?

I myself have reached a euphoric climax upon being able to remain flaccid for at least 5 minutes straight.

Hope that helps someone,

Philip
