Hi guys trying to get faster and jump higher

hey guys my goals are to get faster and stronger and jump higher and lower bodyfat. i know the first thing is to build a foundation. all you guys are more knowledgable than me so i will be visiting regulary and try getting a journal as quick as possible. thanks again.

Bench:105 max
Deadlift: 155 max
Squat: never squatted before
Pushups: 16 with perfect form
Chinups: 5
Pullups: 2
100 m dash: 15.2
200 m dash: 33.4 (not sure about the .4)
