I see.  Seems like there is a lot of fat for 1 serving (30g)

fat 4.5g
protein 21g.

With on nutrition gold standard whey, 1 serving is 29.4g and it costs 97.99 for 10 lb

1g fat
protein 24g


So with on nutrition u are getting 3696 grams of protein for 97.99

with truenutrition u are getting 3150 grams of protein for 75.  so you are getting about 85% of the protein of ON nutrition at about 76% of the price.  still a better deal but the fat content is a lot.

What about the rice protein, it is even cheaper and yields 24g per serving?

super-grade WPC from truenutrition is $7.39/lb, so 10 lbs plus shipping is $88.33. 24g protein, 2.5g fat.

i don't know why i'm defending them to you, if you can find a better deal somewhere else for a product you like, bully for you.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

sunday: long very easy run 80+ mins @ 5:40+ (14+ km)
monday: strength/cross training
tuesday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km)
wednesday: fartlek (mostly easy pace with mix of strides, hills, long tempo) 45 mins (8+ km)
thursday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km), strength/cross-training
friday: rest
saturday: short tempo 6-8x500 @ sub-4:00 (7 km)

strength would be:
- hops 2x10
- box jumps or ME SVJ 2x5
- squats 3x6-8 or weighted BSS/lunges 3x10/leg
- RDL/hypers 2x10-12 or SLRDL 2x10-12/leg
- upper push myo-reps or sets to technical failure
- upper pull myo-reps or sets to technical failure
- leg raises, holds, pallof presses

they are still better deal in terms of amount of protein offered vs the next best thing which is ON gold whey.  But what scares me is the amt of cholestrol per serving in the $5.xx whey.

The 7$ wheys are a lot better with only 10% daily chol per serving.  I think I'm going to order 20lbs of that.
