Would Creatine even help?

Used to take creatine, stopped training for few years, now not taking creatine..... don't really see any difference w/o it.... any reason i should take it?

I care about health over performance, after all, what good is it to get a 40 SVJ and not have a healthy body?

I don't want to take anything that could have any kind of negative affect to my inner organs....

thanks!

come on, you of all people should know how hard it is to stick to a good diet....

but anyway back to the question at hand, would taking creatine help in anyway for me in gaining strength?
