Squat focus day 24:
Bench press:

55x10 (very difficult)

Comments:
Squat rack was occupied so I did the bench press first. Felt super weak - all the sets were very difficult. As soon as I pass 5 reps, regardless of weight, things start getting very difficult.
I then did high bar squats but they didn't feel that good with a heavy weight - I did only 4 reps on all my 6-rep planned sets.
