missed a putback attempt that I probably should have just rebounded. Tried to come from one side of the rim and reach around and jam it from the other lol! Made up for it on a 3 on 1 fast break when I got an off glass oop with both hands. Total gym shutdown for a minute lol! Now...off to ice.
but in reality its either that or my movements are so well 'greased' that it's become 'easier'. Either way I'm going to strive to keep whatever it is and get some strength back.
