Haven't logged this month. 255 on squats has been slow reverse progress. Couldn't get the time together to give it a solid go last week. Yesterday was a bit demotivating as 225 felt like 250. Positive side is my deadlift feels better. I will just keep cracking, I like to think my strength is playing a bit of hide and seek.
