b-ball 1.0 hour
255 has gotten easier this last week. 3 reps were solid on Thursday and got the 5x5 on Sunday. Didn't feel beastly or motivated but it happened, so I will step it up to 260 and give it a go tomorrow. My calf locked up on me this morning while playing basketball, It has taken stretching and smashing to get it to ok. Hopefully I will head the warning and give it the love it deserves. My right hamstring is also asking for love also, as always.
