jump squat 5x45, 5x95,
squat 2x185, 1x225, 1x255, 2x4x255, 3x255, 2x255, 0x255
ohp 5x5x110
deadlift 1x5x275
255 felt a lot better than I thought it would this week. Feeling beastly just getting in solid strong reps. I need to up my volume on deadlift's as they feel stale, but that may be more then I can manage currently.
