They can shrink your balls and cause you to go bald. Do you need other reasons not to do it??

Everything I know about steroid use is from watching "bigger, stronger, faster" but isn't the ball shrinking thing an urban legend?

I had a great week but my workout schedule got messed up. Tried to squat 250 on friday but it was not going to happen. Sunday things finally came together 5x5x250 happened, reps felt strong and solid. Got my bench back to 200. progress.

Felling great last night, motivation was low but got myself to the squat rack. Went from 5 today reps at 250 to 20 total reps. I was a little gassed to get the full 25, but it felt like major progress since Saturday. Deadlift has not been locked in either the last few weeks, but it clicked back in yesterday. Played ball less then 8 hours after work out and my legs felt boss. I need more of this in my life.

This week was pretty good, got 5x5x245 pretty easy. My mind was off that day but my body pulled through. Deadlift has suffered, I was looking to pull 5 reps at 270 and could not even budge it. My body was still wreck on saturday, so 250 on squat was not happening. My right arm is still not feeling the bench press but I was able to get 5x5x195.

Got my squat back to where I was mid January and added 5 pounds, still struggling with bench press, my right shoulder was stiff and didn't want to warm up. Might be a few more weeks before I can get 5x5x205. No basketball this week thus far and I am ok with it.

Watched the seahawks get destroyed by ATL, Just wish Devin Hester could have run one all the way back. That would have made my day.
Got my 205 with out issue today, but 5x5 will get challenging at 210 and above. Squats still are feeling locked.

Saw a video of me playing with the kids on the trampoline from 2013 @ 160lbs. I looked jacked! fast forward to 2017 and I don't. The extra 11 lbs are probably pure fat. Wake up call, need to improve diet.

^^^^ Yeah they are not helping. It has only happened twice, and IIRC you lay the bar on your chest and push up on one side until it hits the ground. Then simply shimmy out, no pride needed.
