just missed 5x5 @ 235. form got sloppy on last rep so i stopped short. Feeling pretty solid lately. RVJ is still hovering at 30" max but it is more easily repeatable.

still my squat form seems like it falls apart after warming up lately. WTF?

I feel skinny chubby and remarkably un-explosive. Passed my 36th b-day also.

continue downward spiral.

Squats feel so unnatural lately. I can feel like I don't have the strength to stabilize my core even with light weight. Mobility work and cardio have been super lean this summer.

Pissing away muscle and losing strength like its my business.

Since I have been eating cleaner the excess weight comes off pretty quick. 8#s in 2 months.
That couple pounds seems to kill my squat. At the start of july I seemed to start bringing it back, getting reps with 240-245. Today I don't think I could have got 245 up once. August I need to warm up and jump at least twice a week. With out playing b-ball I lose vertical quite quickly.  :uhhhfacepalm:

Feeling lean, below 160#'s for multiple day for the first time in a bit. Seem my lifts are not liking it.

Really struggling as of late. focus has been difficult this summer. Always too much to get done and not enough time.

If only I could man up and make progress my #1 priority.
