Been slacking, but weights have felt easier for some reason? My calves are super tight lately, I've been stretching and foam rolling, but they still knotted up while playing ball monday. I could not even get a full game in this morning before locking up. I must be deficient in something?

skipped ball on friday, to try to get ahead of the fatigue. It helped a little. I need to get to a spot where I can lift 3x a week as I am sure my gains would improve. However that is more then life will allow at the moment. Twice a week with real focus will be better then where I have been at lately. Need to get back into the game.

Feeling better now. Went dirt bike riding for the first time this season on Saturday. I'm beat up in a good way.
Tried for weights on Sunday but progress was not happening. Worked on my three step DL jumps. Later this week things should start coming together again.

Struggling this month, Don't have it in me for MSEM session lately. 250# squat went up easy on warm up, but when it is time to hit it I just get pinned.

adding 5#'s to the bar should not be this hard. Still feeling minor sinus congestion so maybe the cold is still getting me?
