3/17/15 Tuesday BW=167.0
jump squat 5x45, 5x95
paused squat 3x135, 2x185, 1x225, 1x250, 0x250, 3x5x225
Struggling this month, Don't have it in me for MSEM session lately. 250# squat went up easy on warm up, but when it is time to hit it I just get pinned.
adding 5#'s to the bar should not be this hard. Still feeling minor sinus congestion so maybe the cold is still getting me?
