paused squat 3x135, 2x185, 1x225, 1x245, unrack-275, 0x250
bench 5x135, 5x185, 5x195, 5x205, 2x3x205

ring chin 3x7
Feeling better this weekend, but still didn't have a MSEM session in me. I did sprints pre-workout as usual and they felt good. Did jumps afterwards and they were not horrible, but no dice on the weights. Thinking of giving it another go today?
