10/1/14 Wednesday BW=164.0
b-ball 1.5 hours
paused squat 4x135, 3x165(c), 1x185(c), 4x8x165(c)
sore from squats on sunday, it seemed like I took almost a month off.
My body feels damn near healed, no low back pain even in the morning or after long car rides, which is major progress.
small victories, october feels like time again for progress.
