7/16/14 Wednesday BW=161.4
paused squat 5x135, 3x155(c), 2x185(c), 1x195(c), 3x5x190(c), 10x190
barbell step up 10x95, 2x10x105
Finally feeling locked in on the squat which is major progress. Getting good hip pop out of the pause.
I think the pre-lifting banded hip work was not beneficial. I will save that for after workouts.
