Do you plan on doing "weird shit" like LDISOS of say long stance BSSs? (basically glute activation stuff)

I love those shoes, I dont know how to convert the price though to tell if its fair or not.
to really get my torso upright - i make sure that my chest faces to the front while i really shove my hips forward (while unbending my quads to get up).

tell me what advice should i take. steven-miller tells me one thing, lancests tells me something else, raptor vag acole tells me something else. and none of these ppl know the exact condition of my knee. so i decided that wide stance full squats are the best b/c it doesn't hurt my knee at all.
