Man I'm feeling great. I haven't touch a weight since last tuesday, but have stayed on the mobility stuff.

Did another 5k mud/obsticle run on saturday. I stayed with my team so I was far from flat out, but I most likely would have beat anyone in my heat.

This is definately the best shape I have been in when doing somehting like that! If life works out I will get the time to get back under the bar and make some progress.

Feeling almost mint on squats. second w/o with 185+ 25#'s of chain. 190 next time. I should hit my 225 mark by the end of  this summer. Mobility is so much better in my hips. The flexion in my feet needs work. I think the calf raises actually set me back a bit there. Additionally 1 leg running take offs have improved, I damn near feel as good as I did in High school on that front.
I know I need to get more complicated and put in more work but I am just not feeling it currently.

Rewateched your Feb videos and I'm still a bit jelly. You were flying IMHO.

A little more healing, and a more favorable work/life balance you will get there again and then some.

Time sir is all it takes.

Working out in your garage with your kids around is hard. Its nice to be their idol for the moment but it makes focus difficult.

Seems like I have the will power and motivation to make progress most of the time, but I have too many responsibilities.

Time to get creative this summer and push it.

slow progress but I'm moving forward. Unless I sit or drive for a long period of time, I don't notice any issues with my back.

My mobility is getting better, the banded distractions and hamstring/barbell smashing is really helping.

Friday I started to feel really good while playing ball, like everything was coming back together. I have felt semi jacked since then.

Wish I knew why so I could repeat the feeling a will.

feeling worn down this week, skipped basketball on friday to get some more sleep.
been working my quads, hamstrings and hips daily. and I am starting to feel a cumulative effect to all my work.
progress for sure. My lifts are coming along and I am feeling near perfect lately!!!!

After about 2 months of dicking around on a set of homemade gymnastic rings, I got my first muscle up tonight.

way to many ques to remember to do it with proper form AND still pull it off but I will keep working on it.

paused squats are coming along. My goal is to get 5x225. Also got a green band for distractions, it has been quite helpful.

Did some indoor rock climbing for the first time this weekend and had a blast. I was able to free climb some of the stuff that more seasoned college aged climbers couldn't make the transition over. Good times.

Feeling pretty good this week, I was off last for vacation so I didn't get much done but did keep up on the mobility stuff.

Tried some deadlift's tonight, but it seems like my hamstring mobility is not there yet to get proper form w/o rounding my back.

I did get in a good run/ mini-bike push session in tonight after blowing a head gasket during a ride.  :raging:

Feeling sooo much better. Dusted off the squat rack and gave it a try. Glorious!

Improvements are coming quicker now. Its like I am dealing with some root causes, instead of hearing the doctor tell me to take more ibuprofen/ You will have low back problems the rest of your life. Thanks.

Definitely going to take more time for maintenance from now forward.
