squat 5x185, 2x225, 1x245, 8x240, 8x230, 8x230
barbell lunge 5x150, 5x170, 5x190
calf raise 160# 3x20
ab wheel roll out 3x20
Got 8 reps at 240 tonight! 5 pound gain in 2 weeks I will take.
Progress has not come easily or quickly lately, and life sure don't make it easy.
