today:

went to fedex field with my brother for the first redskins home playoff game since 1999. sad that we lost but more just so happy to have gotten to go.

sorry about the redskins loss. The looks on all the redskins fans faces near the end was pure disbelief.

I thought the hawks were going to choke after that goal-line fumble.

Body was wasted today. But it was my last chance workout for 2012.

In general I feel like a school girl, but tonight I felt like jean claude van damme.

In the last 4 months or so I have brought back the glute ham raises. In the past I have always given a little push off at the bottom, well tonight I went for no hands expecting to mash my nose. Turns out I can rep out no hand GHR like a beast. I was 6 reps into the third set of 8 before I needed a hand.  :personal-record: :personal-record: :personal-record:

That is how I will end 2012. progress. peak. well done. :)

Didn't expect much this workout. I was gassed today from life.

Hit a solid PR on squat 5x275. So solid. I could of physically and mentally got one more rep but held back.

Should have went for it because I was not doing anything more substantial for the rest of the w/o. Good progress lately.

It is so much more motivational to tread new ground instead of retracing previous best efforts.
