Body was wasted today. But it was my last chance workout for 2012.
In general I feel like a school girl, but tonight I felt like jean claude van damme.
In the last 4 months or so I have brought back the glute ham raises. In the past I have always given a little push off at the bottom, well tonight I went for no hands expecting to mash my nose. Turns out I can rep out no hand GHR like a beast. I was 6 reps into the third set of 8 before I needed a hand.
