12/18/12 Tuesday BW=162.0
jump squat 5x45, 5x95.
squat 5x185, 3x225, 1x260, 1x275, 5X275, 3x265, 6x225+30#'s chain.
bench 10x135, 10x175, 10x185, 6x195
barbell lunge 6x135
med ball decline sit ups 3x50
heavy bag 3x2.0 min
Didn't expect much this workout. I was gassed today from life.
Hit a solid PR on squat 5x275. So solid. I could of physically and mentally got one more rep but held back.
Should have went for it because I was not doing anything more substantial for the rest of the w/o. Good progress lately.
