feeling lean today, sore in a good way, and confident I can achieve my goals.
so i guess the workout before was a mental focus issue.
It is hard to tell sometimes if I lack mental focus or I am just a girl scout.

I did much heavy bag work in between sets tonight.
More progress again, good times.
