Good question... last January when I was getting PR level routinely I was low-mid 170s (I gain 3-4lbs throughout the day on average). Right now I wake up at 180-182 BUT I feel...stronger? Bouncier? My strength levels aren't near what they were then tho so my power:weight should be lower right now. Im assuming that means my movement efficiency has improved.
I'm really excited right now though. Im going to continue this strength cycle til the end of September and try to cut 5lbs off at the same time. If that happens I *should* set some PRs in early October when I do a 2-3 week explosive block.

So...quick 10-15 minute warmup/shoot around and felt pretty good so I had a 15 minute dunk sesh until they closed down. Surprisingly bouncy for weighting in at 181.3lbs today! Got a minute of footage at the end but missed a bunch of dunks trying to go 'too big' lol! Anyway, quick screenshot! This was off an off the glass lob iirc, got up pretty high for that type of lob/runup. REALLY wished I had an extra 30 mins to get fully loose and try a ME jump!
