you can rest it completely for like a week or 2 and then you have to get into ankle strength exercise to rebuild it.. once you have damaged you ligaments/ tendons it takes a very long time to get back to full strength anyway.. so its probly best you dont do much strength work on it until its fully healed, naturally, and just do basic walking on it and walking up and down stairs too..
you need too allow the swelling to fully go and for the sprain to heal and then get back into strengthening it.. if you try and come back to soon you may be putting presure on the sprain, and could have a negative affect on your ankle!

i noticed your post is a few weeks old.. how is it doing now?

Crazy Weird Analysis & Stuff :) / Re: GALLERIES: Freak Dunkers: T-DUB

by looking at that bottom (plant #3) set.. it seems that tdub uses his right leg way more than his left.. almosty to the point were is left leg is just a stabilzer...
but this is just from looking at it, there is probly alot of power created in both his legs, but his right one being the dominant leg...

i know this is an old post but i wonder if any one could get a more recent set of picture frames.. see if its changed any, cos it seems hes jumping a bit higher now. :0

my body comp at the moment
height = 6'1
weight = 175
body type = ecto-meso morph (kinda tall but not lanky)

im not on any sort of diet at the momet,just tends to be what my mum cooks.
but id say it consists of high amount of carbs, and theres quite high amounts of protein. meals usually such as pasta bake or roast potatoes and chicken.
but also i need to cut out the junk i eat imbetween, thats what kills me (gona try and completely cut this out).
ive also been using - reflex instant whey. this is so i can get my constant protein for recovery etc.

the downfall tends to be when im eating this though. (as in days before games etc, as my meals arent planned through out the week. which is something im gona get round to doin asap)
so would i be best carb loading 1-2 days before my games? and then afterwards higher protein intake?
