Yea it was insane, i never really understood why when the athletes win their olympic medals they start crying and everything.  It was real surreal when it happened. Working towards one goal for so long, and having injuries and everything, other ppl don't believe in you, you believe but at the same time it's not like at points you don't start to question and wonder and everything, but then it finally happened.  felt like the fucking man when it did. but was also real emotional.

Just wanted to give you credit though, since you have helped me a  lot and supported me the entire time, and was annoyed with myself that i put the other ppl but forgot to list you.

i knew i could dunk for a decent while already, that i was getting high enough.  It was just a matter of getting over that mental block of 10 ft, and also figuring out a better way to try.  The jumps felt a lot easier coming in from that right side compared to how i would usually come in from the left.  Once i through that first one down though, the other makes all pretty much happened right after with a few misses in between.

Part of the reason too, why I hadn't thrown one down was case i didn't want just some bitchy weak one as my first dunk and dunks, i wantead legit hard throw downs.

just wanted to say sry to you adarq also man, you have helped me a lot along the way and you were one of the only ppl if not maybe the only person who supported me throughout the entire journey.

re-watch the vid adarq till the end

appreciate it man, saw the vid the first time around, didn't expect a shoutout or anything and wasn't upset that you didn't put one, but it's cool that you put one in, adarq.org thanks you :F

just glad you hit your "promise" before graduating, must have felt great, looks like it did from your reactions after the dunks.

with all of the injuries and "roadblocks" you faced, it's great to see you finally throw one down, and not just some weak shit, those were hard/strong dunk.

peace

is that the difference in using your glutes/hams when u jump versus. relying pretty much all on quads and calves?

that second video the jump looked so fluid and powerful 10x better than the jumps in the first vid.  I jump like he jumps in the first video, that mean if i can get myself to using more of my hips when i jump it will look more like his jump in the second vid or is that a lot of technique/form also

36
yup he got u your dunk at the end also.

yea i think the average people that did flying in four gained about 4 inches, which is why they called it that.  Whehter it's true or not.  With all the marketing for all the shitty products from scammy companies i don't consider it a terrible thing if someone who really knows their stuff calls their product flying in four and basically gaurantees four inches if it's better than 99% of the other programs out there.

like if adarqui and the best and most knowledgeable coaches in the world were using scammy marketing and gimmicky stuff to lure people in to do their stuff, it wouldn't bother me because they have the best info and stuff, people are just blinded and don't know about it because of of all the marketing and gimmicky things the companies on tv and everywhere do

38
not sure why you guys are your saying flying in four is a scam.  I have it, it's legit.  I'm pretty sure kelly wrote the workouts.  All it is is basically three different 4 week programs, beginner , intermedaite, advanced and it includes a little about stretching , the testing day what to do.

no idea, like light ankle sprain about 9 months ago sicne then it has never healed fullly, i get pain when dorsiflex it a certain amount or invert it past a certain point.

i was able to watch most of the game.

let me know when you guys play one of the top schools in the state again and link it.  would be cool to watch it

not a huge fan of high school and college bball, too much passing just to pass and seem like you know what you are doing and running plays and shit IMO

yea let us know how that goes man, i got a similar thing with my ankle.  I've been taking 6g fish oil for a little bit and it does seem to really help with acute injuries and keeping that inflammation down.
