My trapbar deadlift is coming along and my wrist and bench are feeling mint. new schedule keeps me from even thinking of lifting 4 days a week, so no catholic guilt. Starting in sept I will be limited to once a week basketball. but definitely looking forward to it.

Lots of responsibilities this week and very little lifting weights.
Slow and steady progress on everything but squats, so nothing new. Still feeling great though, shot around a bit today, no injuries or nagging issues!

pretty sure I have actually jumped 6 weeks in a row. My low rim lob dunk is not too shabby.

nothing felt right today. did my mobility and couldn't get my left hip flexor to loosen up. Seems like the trapbar deadlift is making me tight. Need to work that joint daily.

went back to paused squat and regular deadlift for a change. Spent some quality time on my hip flexor and that helped. Played full court for about an hour and could taste blood in my mouth. slow and steady.

Been taking it easy. Started up some core work and ditched the lifting belt, and 2.5# plates. Been walking a lot more lately and limiting sugar. Really feeling better and I have lost a few pounds. My motivation to actually make progress is at 0%. So I am going to lock it into cruise control for a bit.
