Trying to decide what I want to do.

I can do a road run for time or go to the shit track and do an hour.

I'm leaning towards the hour run and maybe a half hour walk after.
Monday
.5 mile run warm up, squat, bench, deadlift
Tuesday
1 mile run, xfit
Wednesday
1 mile run, bodyweight day
Thursday
.5 mile run, db/machines
Friday
1 mile run, xfit
Saturday
1 mile run, bodyweight day.
