seems like kind of a "no duh" point but it also doesn't seem to have occurred to any of the internets writers yet.

Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

monday: squat, bench, pull ups
tuesday: rest
wednesday: squat, DL, pull ups
thursday: run 11+ km
friday: squat, bench, pull ups
saturday: rest
