every year i do a mascot bracket, imaging who would win a matchup between each school's mascot. this year CSU Fullerton takes it in a cakewalk. they're the titans, and no team is called the gods, so that just about ties it up.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

- Avishek

sunday: long very easy run 80+ mins @ 5:40+ (14+ km)
monday: strength/cross training
tuesday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km)

thursday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km), strength/cross-training
friday: rest
saturday: short tempo 6-8x500 @ sub-4:00 (7 km)

strength would be:

just saw the news.............. (16 seed, not even expected to get into tourny) UMBC upsets (1 seed and #1 in the nation) Virginia, unreal. college basketball history right there.

http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/22800763/umbc-pulled-most-unforgettable-did-just-see-upset-ncaa-tournament-history-knocking-no-1-overall-seed-virginia

every bracket busted (73+ million of them).

virginia really looked like an division 2 team, how did they do so well in the reg season?
33yrs | 24in SVJ | >45% BF | 227LB | 5'9 | 7'5 reach | 400lb max squat paused | 5'8 wingspan | 26in RVJ

Coming back from 2 years of inactivity!

Goal: Maintain 385-405lb squat while cutting down to 165 LB
